Refund policy

Due to Covid-19 we have a strict no return policy on face masks, or face mask related materials. If you intend to make a large purchase of an item you have not purchased before, we recommend purchasing a sample piece.

No returns unless a product has been damaged in shipping.

Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis.

Non receipt of product refunds will be issued if tracking does not show as delivered within 2 weeks of expected delivery date. We may also opt to send you a new product in lieu of a refund.
